1. Services Provided
The Detail Guru provides professional vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to exterior and interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coating . All services will be described and agreed upon in a separate written agreement or service request at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Payment
- Booking: To book a service, customers must provide their vehicle details, service preferences, and an agreed-upon time for the appointment. The Detail Guru reserves the right to refuse or reschedule services based on availability or other reasons.
- Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment can be made via Cash or payment link. Prices are subject to change, and customers will be informed of the price before service commencement.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a cancellation fee of £25.00.
- Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may incur additional charges.
4. Customer Responsibility
- Vehicle Condition: Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is accessible and in a condition suitable for the services being requested. This includes removing personal items, securing loose objects, and informing The Detail Guru of any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
- Damage Reporting: Customers must report any pre-existing damage to their vehicle before the start of the service. The Detail Guru is not responsible for any damage that occurs as a result of previous work or conditions not disclosed before service.
5. Liability
- The Detail Guru will take reasonable care while performing the services; however, we are not liable for damage to vehicles that may occur during the detailing process, provided such damage is not caused by our negligence.
- In the case of any disputes regarding damage, The Detail Guru will work with the customer to assess and resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
6. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
- If a customer is not satisfied with the service performed, they must notify The Detail Guru within 24 hours. The Detail Guru will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any concerns. However, a refund will not be provided for services already rendered unless explicitly agreed upon by management.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal information provided to The Detail Guru will only be used for business purposes, such as booking, payment processing, and marketing. We will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or in connection with our service providers.
8. Prohibited Activities
Customers are prohibited from:
- Using our services for illegal purposes or activities.
- Causing damage to The Detail Guru's property or vehicles.
- Engaging in abusive or disruptive behavior towards staff or other customers.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Detail Guru, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Modifications
The Detail Guru reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to customers. Any changes will apply to services booked after the update.
